The Hammer Depot can supply pin and bush kits to fit your hammer to your loader, backhoe, excavator or other carriers. Many pin and bush kits are counter sunk and longitudinally drilled and cross drilled to provide grease to your carrier pins. They are
of high quality alloy steel and heat treated for better durability.

The Hammer Depot can supply a variety of heavy duty mounting brackets to mount your hammer to your excavator or other carriers.

All Hammer Depot mounting brackets are heavy duty and designed to withstand the constant stress and vibration of hammer operation. Some mountings permit a combination of top plate mounting brackets and pin and bush kits. Certain mountings also permit universal bracket mounting designs. If you are in a hurry we can often ship out a new head mounting bracket same day from our on the shelf ready to go stocks.

Mounting Brackets and Pins and Bushes

We can supply heavy duty head mounting brackets, top caps, top plates, saddles to adapt any rock breaker hammer or attachment that we sell to your excavator. We can supply for direct pin linkage or to suit most pin grabber quick couplers.

For some hammers we can supply off the shelf high quality hardened pin and bush kits sets to adapt your hammer quickly to your excavator. Most of these are drilled with grease channels for complete lubrication of mounting pins.

For some hydraulic hammers we can supply off the shelf high quality hardened pin and bush kits sets enabling you to quickly switch your hydraulic breaker between different excavators.

For horizontal mounting brackets we can supply high quality hardened pin and bush kits to allow easy mounting of your hammer to your excavator. Not always but generally speaking horizontal type hammer brackets which have distinct advantages of their own
do not lend themselves to quick coupler style attachment to excavator.

For tractor loader backhoes and vertical side plate type rock hammers we can supply high
quality pin and bush kits to quickly adapt your breaker or attachment to your carrier.

All hammer depot mounting brackets are heavy duty and designed to best withstand the constant stress and vibrational forces of hammering. Flat plate is skimmed for flatness to prevent stress fractures on your hammers main casing and most bosses are bore aligned for easy fitting.

Some mountings permit a combination of top saddle and pin and bush kit combinations. Certain mountings also permit universal top mounting bracket types.

Depending on your job application, we can provide designed head brackets that give you better control and better angle of attack for your hammer whilst keeping excavator ram extensions to a minimum and more resistance to hammer vibration.
